Senator Aquino in Baguio for campaign

BAGUIO CITY – After invading the so-called Marcos bailiwicks in Northern Luzon, Senator Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III flew here on Friday to campaign.

This time, however, Aquino was without his youngest sister and popular TV host Kris Aquino, who joined him in his sorties in Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur Thursday.

Aside from Kris, her husband, James Yap also joined the campaign in Ilocos province, controlled by the family of the late strongman Ferdinand Marcos.

The senator arrived in this city past 1:00 p.m. before proceeding to a series of radio interviews and a political rally to be held at the People’s Park Malcom Square at 4.00 p.m.
